Directions

Take the yogurt, ginger and garlic paste and mix together with a small amount of water to make a marinade. add the mutton to the dish and set aside for 50 min.

Cook the meat mix in a large pot on a medium heat until the meat becomes tender.

In a wide skillet, heat oil and add red chili, chopped onion and carrot and the meat from the marinade mix. Fry for 8 min on high heat before adding the powdered spices. Fry on a low heat for 2 min and then add the remaining marinade, let the whole mix cook until the sauce thickens.
