Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 3 tablespoon pickled ginger
- 1 bunch chopped chives
- rice paper sheets
Dipping Sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed)
- 2 small red chilies (finely sliced)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Roughly shred the cucumber, carrot, and celery. Dip in boiling water to soften.
