Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 spring onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 1 red chili (finely chopped)
- 250 grams minced pork (low fat)
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 220 gram water chestnuts (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 75 gram bean sprouts
- coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the lettuce, bean sprouts, and oil in a bowl.
- In a hot saucepan, add the oil and then the meat mixture in batches.
- Cook, stirring frequently, to break the pork into a fine mince. Once cooked, blend in the bean sprouts.
