Ingredients
- 300 gram thick white fish fillets
- 1 large shallot
- 1 green chili (seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 green beans (sliced paper thin)
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
