- 2 litres chicken broth
- 2 bok choy
- 8 mushrooms
- 3 spring onions (sliced)
- 4 pieces fried tofu
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the spring onions into 5cm sections, slicing the bok choy, and cutting the mushrooms in half.
- Boil the chicken broth and add the remaining ingredients. Serve once the vegetables have heated through.
