Sesame Chicken in Soup

    Ingredients

    • 2 double chicken breasts
    • 2 teaspoons ginger (crushed)
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 2 teaspoons seasame oil
    • 2 cups cooking wine or sherry
    • 5 cups water
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 1 cup spring onion (sliced for garnish)

    Instructions

    1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    2. Heat a wok and add half the sesame oil, vegetable oil, and ginger. Stir until fragrant, then add half the chicken and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
