- 2 double chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons ginger (crushed)
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons seasame oil
- 2 cups cooking wine or sherry
- 5 cups water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup spring onion (sliced for garnish)
