- 1 kg steak (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (crushed)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 potatoes (cut into cubes)

- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Deep fry the carrots and potatoes until brown and tender.
