- 500 gram chicken pieces
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 8 slices ginger
- 8 cloves garlic
- 10 shallots (sliced into long lengths)
- 8 mushroom cups (cut in half)
- 4 bok choy (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce

- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Heat a claypot and add the peanut oil. Add the ginger and garlic, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and brown them, turning regularly with chopsticks.
