    Ingredients

    • 500 grams beef mince
    • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
    • 1 medium carrot (finely diced or julienned)
    • 3 tablespoon red capsicum strips (optional)
    • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh peas
    • 2 tablespoons miso paste
    • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste (adjust to taste)
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon seasame oil
    • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for balance)
    • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated, optional)
    • 2 tablespoon water

    Instructions

    1. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water to create a smooth sauce. Set aside.
    2. Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the beef mince and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
