    Ingredients

    • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
    • 1/4 cup seasame oil
    • 1/2 onion (sliced)
    • 2 tablespoons spring onions (for garnish)
    • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black bean sauce. Add the beef strips and marinate for 40 minutes
    2. Remove beef from the marinade and cook in a wok until the beef is cooked through. Add the sliced onion and 1 cup of the marinade. Cook over low heat until the marinade starts to boil
    3. Serve the Teriyaki beef over steamed rice, garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Alternatively, thread the marinated beef onto skewers and grill on a BBQ for a smoky flavor.
