Ingredients
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
- 1/4 cup seasame oil
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons spring onions (for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black bean sauce. Add the beef strips and marinate for 40 minutes
- Remove beef from the marinade and cook in a wok until the beef is cooked through. Add the sliced onion and 1 cup of the marinade. Cook over low heat until the marinade starts to boil
