Ingredients
- 1 cup onion sprouts
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup mustard sprouts
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 4 chicken fillets (flatterened)
- 1/2 cup sake
- 2 pinch salt
Instructions
- Sprinkle sake and salt on the chicken and marinate overnight in an airtight container.
