Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon green chili (crushed)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- vegetable oil (for basting)

- Apply a mixture of red chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice all over the chicken. Marinate for 30-45 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt with the ginger, garlic, and green chilli paste, and garam masala. Stir well.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Fill the slits with the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight, covered with plastic wrap
