    Ingredients

    Marinade

    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon corn flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasame oil

    Soup Mixture

    • 6 cup water
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon seasame oil
    • 2 tablespoon spring onion (chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
    • 1 egg

    Thickening Mixture

    • 1 tablespoon corn flour
    • 1/4 cup water

    Instructions

    1. Marinade the meat in the sauce for half an hour.
    2. Soak the dried fungus and mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes until soft.
    3. Cut the mushrooms, tofu, and other ingredients into bite-size pieces.
    4. Boil the soup mixture, add the marinade and meat, then mushrooms, fungus, tofu, and bamboo shoots.
    5. Beat the egg and set aside.
    6. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the green onion and tofu.
    7. Mix corn flour with water and add to the boiling mixture to help thicken.
    8. Slowly stir in the beaten egg, stirring in one direction only.
    9. Let stand for 10 minutes before adding spring onions and tofu.
    10. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
