Directions
Boil and cook prawns, peel and put aside
Keep the prawn stock and add the turmeric, shrimp paste,
coriander powder
bring to the boil.
Simmer and add the sugar, pepper and dried chillies, lemongrass
and
candlenuts.
After 10 minutes add the coconut milk, fish cakes.
Add noodles followed by the prawns and remaining vegetables and
ingredients.
Stir well and serve at once with crushed coriander garnish.
