Directions
Deep fry the carrots and the potatoes until brown and tender.
In a hot pan brown the beef steak in small batches until brown.
In the pan juices sauté the garlic and the garlic, then add the lemon juice, soy sauce, peppercorn and tomato sauce.
Simmer for a few moments before adding the carrots, meat and potato back into the mixture. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 25 minutes before serving over steamed rice.
