Korean Seasoned Potato Delight |

Peel the potatoes and shred into match stick size
pieces. Rinse in cold water to remove the starch and avoid browning.
Drain and add to a saucepan with 1 cup of water and
lemon juice.
Bring to boil and cook for about 3 minutes until
tender but still strong.
In a bowl combine the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame seeds and spring
onions.
Remove and drain the potato mix in the sauce mixture and serve
This dish is tasty served hot or cold.
