Add the oil into a hot wok and when sizzling toss in the garlic and paprika. Once aromic stir fry small batches of the beef until cooked. Return all the beef to the pan and add the clams stirring well. Add the water and bring to the boil. Once boiling add the sliced kimchi and stir in. Cook until kimchi is soft then add the bean curd being careful not to break too much. Bring back to boil and add the spring onions and the pepper. |
