Pan Fried Tuna Steaks
 

Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients. Soak tuna fillets in the marinade overnight in an airtight refrigerated container.

Mix mustard powered with small amounts of soy sauce then add the water and set aside.

On a hot skillet pan fry the tuna fillets, when nearly cooked cover in the sesame seeds.

Once cooked drizzle the sauce over the fillets and serve.
