Sprinkle sake and salt on chicken and
marinate overnight in an air tight container
Lay the chicken out flat and roll with a
rolling pin to get as flat as possible
At one end put a mixture of sprouts and roll
up tight. Tie with string to hold together
Steam chicken roll for 10 - 15 minutes
until cooked
Serve diagonally sliced with a little
spring onion and wasabi with bowl of Teriyaki dipping sauce.
