In a saucepan, boil some water.
Add Wakame and boil until seaweed turns into small squares.
Drain water and rinse with cold tap water.
Add 1/2 cup of water and boil.
After water begins to boil, add Somen noodles/or tofu and cook
approximately 2 min.
Pour in miso mixture and add Dashi powder.
Stir well on low heat approximately 1-2 min.
Serve immediately.
